Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available all over Pakistan. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your city. Lahore orders often arrive sooner.
How much is the delivery charge?
Standard delivery is Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan. Products marked “Free Delivery” ship free. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you place your order.
Do you have any bundle offers?
Some products have quantity offers, such as 10% off when you buy 2 or more. Offers are shown on the product page and applied automatically at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we will share your tracking number. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +92 313 1779399 with your order number for an update.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Courier companies usually do not allow opening before payment. Please record an unboxing video when you open your parcel — it helps us resolve any issue quickly.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos and the unboxing video, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Are your toys safe for kids?
Please check the age recommendation on each product. We recommend adult supervision for young children. Toy guns are for play and display only and must never be pointed at people or animals.
